How do I join EggsChange as a supplier?

You need to complete the registration process to become a member of our global supplier network which you can do by following this link – supplier sign up. Check your email to verify your account and you’ll then be able to log in and upload as many of your egg replacement and reduction ingredients as you wish.

What information do I need to provide during registration?

First, create a user account for your company with your chosen email and password. The same login detais must be used whenever you or your team want to update your company profile and/or ingredients listing.

Next, fill in your company details including a short description, website and telephone number. Your company logo can also be uploaded.

Finally, add contact details for two team members who can be contacted for sample requests or ingredient enquiries – name, job title, email and telephone number – and submit.

A verification email will be sent to your supplier account email for confirmation. You will then be able to login and upload your ingredients listing.

Are there eligibility criteria for suppliers or ingredients?

EggsChange is an independent network, open to all suppliers with commercially available ingredients suitable for reducing or replacing eggs in food applications. Suppliers are directly responsible for the validity and accuracy of the information posted on this platform.

Can multiple users from the same company manage one supplier profile?

Yes – but only by using the same login credentials. Each company account is created with a single email address and password during registration. These credentials are the only way to access and manage your company profile and ingredients listing, so team members must share them if more than one person needs access.

Is it free to register on EggsChange?

Yes – EggsChange is a non-commercial platform created to encourage the use of egg alternative ingredient solutions. As such, supplier registration, ingredient listings and user access are all free of charge.

How do I upload relevant ingredients to the directory?

After completing the registration process and verifying your email (see FAQ 2), login to your account and continue to Ingredient Submission. Complete all fields for each ingredient; name, short description and brand logo (if relevant), tick all relevant properties in each dropdown menu and submit. Repeat this process for each ingredient you wish to add to the directory.

The ingredient submission form has been designed to reflect the most important search terms used by product developers – ensuring they find the best solutions for their applications quickly and efficiently.

Can I update / edit my ingredients listing?

Yes – your login details give you 24/7 access to the platform, allowing you to add, remove and amend ingredient details and ensure your portfolio is up-to-date.

How do I report inaccurate or outdated information on the directory?

If the information relates to your company profile and/or ingredients listing, you can edit the information directly by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. For all other issues, please contact our support team via hello@eggschange.com
