How do I report inaccurate or outdated information on the directory?

If the information relates to your company profile and/or ingredients listing, you can edit the information directly by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. For all other issues, please contact our support team via hello@eggschange.com

Can I save searches or bookmark ingredients for future reference?

Yes – every search creates a corresponding URL that can be saved and bookmarked for you to refer back to for current and/or future projects.

Can I suggest or request new search filters are added for ingredients and/or application?

Yes – we always welcome user feedback, so please send your suggestions to us via our contact form.

Are there technical resources such as whitepapers, application notes or product specifications?

Although this information is not currently available on the platform, you get in-touch with suppliers using the contact details provided against each ingredient listing to request technical documentation.

Can I use different search criteria to find solutions for my application?

Yes – every ingredient is profiled against key filters to help you find the best ingredient solution quickly. You can search by application, as well as functional properties, allergens, vegan/vegetarian and total or partial egg replacement. This will give you a shortlist of potential ingredients for your application.

Are the ingredients approved for use in all global markets?

Every ingredient listing shows the regions where it has secured regulatory approval. If you have specific questions related to compliance and/or authorisation for use, please contact the appropriate supplier using the contact details on their profile page.

Who do I contact if my sample doesn’t arrive?

You need to check back with the relevant supplier; their contact details will be listed against each of their ingredients in the directory.

Can I request formulation or application support through the platform?

Although we don’t currently offer technical support, we do work with trusted partners with extensive expertise across food product development. If you would like to connect, please let us know via the enquiry form.

How do I request a product sample?

Every ingredient is listed with corresponding supplier contact details. You’ll find a named contact, along with email and telephone number which you can use to request product samples directly from the supplier.

Do I need to register to use the directory?

No – you are free to browse and search the ingredients directory at any time; there’s no need to register.

How do I join EggsChange as a supplier?

You need to complete the registration process to become a member of our global supplier network which you can do by following this link – supplier sign up. Check your email to verify your account and you’ll then be able to log in and upload as many of your egg replacement and reduction ingredients as you wish.
